What to include
Tell us what happened and include the relevant question or placement URL. For a payment issue, also include the buyer email, company URL, charged amount, and Dodo payment or invoice identifier. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Privacy and rights requests
Use “Privacy Request,” “Privacy Appeal,” or “Rights Report” in the subject line when applicable. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, submission, question, placement, or destination URL.
